Order cancellation

The cancellation of the customer's order due to change on the part of the customer is accepted only if the item has not yet been invoiced and given for shipment.
The cancellation is done by sending an e-mail to [email protected], and the customer must state the exact details of his order. Cancellation is not possible unless a relevant confirmation is sent by tradeup.gr by e-mail to the customer.

In case the customer before his declaration of cancellation has paid the value of his approved order and tradeup.gr has already received it, then he must within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return to the customer the value collected after remove bank charges and any transfer costs.

Refunds can be made in the same way that you made the payment out of cash.

In case a payment order has been given by the customer but the money has not been collected by our company (such as in the case of a credit card payment order when the Bank has not yet paid the price to tradeup.gr), then the tradeup.gr is obliged within the period of fourteen (14) working days to expedite any necessary action and statement to any competent body (Bank, etc.) to notify the cancellation of the order and the obligation to return any debt to the customer. In this case, tradeup.gr is considered to have legally fulfilled its obligations, and the cancellation of each charge will be based on the terms of the contract that connects the customer with this third party (Bank, etc.) and tradeup.gr does not bear any liability for the time of return or refund of any relevant charge.

If the order has been executed (and similar documents have been issued) and the customer still wishes to cancel the order, then he is subject to the Product Return Terms.

* Tradeup.gr reserves the right to deliver its products in a different packaging from the one photographed if the product remains identical to the one selected by the customer without prior notice (as the production companies may change their models).

Return products

You have the right to request the change of the products you have purchased, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Changes will be accepted if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is accompanied by any of the manufacturer's cards, as well as the retail receipt or the invoice. The package must be packed to prevent damage to the product, packaging or packaging.

The cost of shipping the return of the order, but also the new shipment, is borne by the customer.

Money return

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another, your request must be sent in writing by email to [email protected] with a Request for Return, within 14 days from delivery date. In the case of refunds, you will be charged with the shipping costs of returning the product.

After the return is fulfilled and it is determined that the product has not been used, a refund will be made within 14 days

We expressly state that the refund is made only in the same manner as the order was paid.
