By credit card, debit or prepaid card

Payment by credit card upon completion and registration of your order is done with full security and confidentiality through the secureserver of our eshop and the direct introduction to the online credit card clearing page of Alpha Bank where you enter the card details requested in respectively. Your transactions are protected by top online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification).

No element of your card or its number remains in our database as the full operation of the credit card system is done by connecting them electronically to a secure environment of the partner bank.

Cash on delivery

The products come through the couriers or with the trucks of our company, and you pay the price at the time of receipt.
This method includes extra costs of € 2.5.
For cash on delivery, it is necessary to first confirm the order by phone.
Also, according to the legislation, there is a maximum restriction on the amount of cash on delivery or cash.
If your order is over 5Kg or very bulky, we will contact you to inform you about the shipping method and cost, as it will not be able to be shipped with Courier and the cash on delivery method may not be possible.

During your deposit it is necessary to record the order number given to you with the completion and registration of your order and then send us the copy of the deposit by e-mail to i[email protected] or inform us by phone or e -mail for your transaction code.
Upon receipt of the copy and confirmation of the deposit, the execution of your order and its delivery proceeds immediately.

The deposit can also be made using web banking and send us the receipt by e-mail at [email protected]


Receipt of order and payment at the store

In order to receive the order from the store, it is required that a telephone or online order have been placed in advance.
After our communication, the customer will be able to pick up and pay for his order from the store (in case he has chosen this method of payment).
