Your orders are given:

Select the products you are interested in and place them in your shopping cart, confirm all of them as your cart appears and click complete purchase where you fill in your fields and details according to the method of payment and the method of receipt.

By registering your order, you receive from our confirmation e-mail system for its receipt as well as for the continuation of its course where you are informed about its receipt.

Give your order by phone at 2810 262075.
Select the products you want and we will place your order on our system.
Telephone contact is available for any question, clarification or advice you wish to provide from 09: 00-15:00 from Monday to Friday.

  • By sending e-mail

Select the desired products (preferably their passwords) and send your order by e-mail to our e-mail address eshop@tradeup.gr

We note that for our proper cooperation you must receive an e-mail confirming the receipt and promotion of your order within 24 hours, as otherwise we may not have received the e-mail or there may be an error or there is a need for some clarification on your order.


Orders are delivered as follows:

Receipt from the store

In order to receive the order from the store, it is required that a telephone or online order have been placed in advance.
After our communication, the customer will be able to pick up and pay for his order from the store (in case he has chosen this method of payment).

 

With the cooperating courier company

Orders are executed and shipped by us within 3 business days with the largest percentage being executed on the same day. Depending on where you are, you will receive your order from the next up to 5 business days. In case your order cannot be executed for reasons of force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc. holidays.) We will contact you in order to tell us if you wish to complete your order.
