How can I pay for my order?

Payment for your order can be made in any of the following ways:

  1. Bank account deposit
  2. Credit / debit / prepaid card charge (marked: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, Discover)
  3. Cash on delivery (includes extra charge + 2.5 euros)

Why was credit payment rejected?

There may not be a balance left on your card / account or you may not have filled in your credit card details correctly. The credit card number must be filled in without spaces (eg 425125041213) and the expiration date, exactly as indicated on the card, ie month / year (eg 09/17).

In case the transaction is rejected, you should contact your Bank and not us, as the approval or rejection is done by the bank itself, from which the credit card has been issued.

 

What is registration?

You create your personal account in TradeUp.gr by filling in the required information and you gain easy access to the personalized information regarding your orders, history and offers as you are informed through the newsletter about what you need and it concerns you.

 

How do I place an order?

You can place your order after you have selected the products you want, either as a visitor by entering your details and the required fields without creating a permanent account and by completing you register the order, or by registering once and for all. with your password without having to repeat your details (if you have created a personal account) connect to it and enter the order. In addition you can place your order by phone and you will fit accordingly.

 

How will I know that my order has been completed?

As soon as you register it, you will be sent a confirmation email from TradeUp.gr confirming the details, content and amount of your order.

 

How fast will I have my order?

Orders are placed and shipped by us within 3 business days with the largest percentage being executed on the same day. Depending on where you are, you will receive your order from the next up to 5 business days. In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc. holidays.) We will contact you in order to tell us if you wish to complete your order.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not been invoiced and given for shipment from our site (for which you are informed by email). Otherwise a refund is made under the conditions set out in the section Returns policy.

 

Can I return a product?

Of course you can return a product you have purchased from TradeUp.gr under the conditions set out in Returns policy.

 

How do I redeem my discount coupon?

Having selected the products you are interested in and added them to your cart, on the basket page below the list of your products on the right is the partial total and the total of your order while on the left of the sets if the coupon function is activated there will be a corresponding field to fill in its code. Be aware that discount coupons are not always given, so if there is no field for completing a discount coupon code, it may not be active at that time.

 

Is my personal data secure?
