Description
Non-stick round fluted tart mold vertical sides 200mm.
Coarse steel thickness, straight edge and stable base: original design
Ideal for cooking traditional tarts, pies or quiches.
Excellent cooking results thanks to the iron: the molds reach high temperatures, allowing the juices to caramelize.
- Functional and practical non-stick mold: Durable PTFE coating without PFOA for easier mold release, protection of steel from oxidation and easy cleaning.
- Lubricate the mold before use.
- Used in a normal oven (maximum 220 ° C). Not suitable for microwave oven. Do not use metal objects in the mold.
- Care: wash by hand (non-abrasive sponge). It is not safe in the dishwasher.
